Overview

This website is operated by Printies For Online Selling, trading under the brand name Printies 3D. Throughout these Terms, “Printies 3D,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Printies For Online Selling.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting a custom-order request, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies displayed on the website.

Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, submitting a custom request, or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for activity performed through your account.

Products and 3D-Printed Characteristics

Printies 3D sells 3D-printed products, including automotive display pieces, coffee accessories, personalized jersey frames, and fully customized products.

Because our products are manufactured using 3D-printing processes:

  • Minor layer lines and surface texture may be visible.
  • Small finishing marks may occur.
  • Minor color or shade variations may occur between production batches.
  • Product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, filament batch, and manufacturing conditions.

These normal characteristics are not considered defects when the product remains materially consistent with its listing, selected variant, or approved custom design.

Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, images, measurements, colors, prices, and availability accurately. However, minor differences may occur.

Customers must review product information, compatibility details, dimensions, selected options, colors, names, numbers, spelling, and customization details before submitting an order.

We may correct errors, update product information, change availability, or cancel an affected order if material pricing or listing information was incorrect. Where an order is cancelled by us, any amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm that it can be fulfilled or begin processing, design work, or production. We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • The customer has provided incomplete or incorrect information.
  • The requested design cannot reasonably or safely be produced.
  • The request may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
  • A material pricing or listing error has occurred.

We may contact the customer for clarification before accepting or producing an order.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom orders may require additional information, reference images, measurements, specifications, or design approval.

The customer is responsible for confirming that all submitted details are correct, including:

  • Names and spelling
  • Numbers
  • Dimensions
  • Colors
  • Vehicle models
  • Club or country selections
  • Logos, images, files, and reference materials
  • Quantity and intended use

Where we provide a digital preview or design confirmation, the customer must review it carefully. Approval authorizes us to begin production based on the approved details.

Changes requested after approval or after production begins may result in additional charges, production delays, or may not be possible.

Customer-Provided Content

By submitting photographs, logos, names, designs, drawings, files, or other materials, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use and submit them.
  • Their use for your order does not unlawfully infringe another party’s rights.
  • They do not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or prohibited material.

You grant Printies 3D a limited permission to use the submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, manufacture, and fulfil your request.

We may refuse requests that appear unlawful, unsafe, offensive, technically unsuitable, or potentially infringing.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before the customer completes checkout where possible.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed unless another written arrangement has been agreed.

We may provide a separate quotation for fully customized, commercial, or bulk orders. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and may depend on final specifications, dimensions, materials, quantity, and production requirements.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our published Return and Refund Policy.

Custom or personalized orders may only be cancelled before design work, material preparation, or production begins. Once this work begins, cancellation may no longer be possible, except where a remedy is required under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially non-conforming products.

Production and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Custom-design revisions
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Material availability
  • Equipment maintenance or technical failure
  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, or customer-requested redelivery may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.

Website Use

You must not use the website to:

  • Commit fraud or provide misleading information.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation.
  • Collect customer or website data without authorization.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
  • Submit unlawful, abusive, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Use the website in violation of applicable laws.

We may restrict access, cancel requests, or close accounts where misuse is reasonably suspected.

Intellectual Property

The Printies 3D name, website content, original product photographs, written descriptions, graphics, layouts, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Printies 3D and may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited, or distributed without permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the underlying design or digital production files unless expressly agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use services supplied by Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, and other third parties.

Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Disclaimer and Liability

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions or technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printies 3D is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our operations, website, services, or legal requirements.

The version published on the website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory rights or complaint procedures available to consumers.
