Return and Refund Policy
At Printies 3D, many products are made to order, personalized, or produced according to customer-selected specifications. Please review all product details, colors, dimensions, names, numbers, and customization information carefully before placing your order.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind once design work or production has started.
This includes:
- Fully custom 3D orders
- Personalized jersey frames
- Products containing customer-selected names, numbers, designs, dimensions, or specifications
- Products manufactured in specially requested colors or configurations
This restriction does not apply when a product is defective, damaged before delivery, incomplete, incorrect, materially different from the approved design or product description, or where a remedy is otherwise required under applicable UAE law.
Standard Non-Custom Products
A return or exchange for an eligible non-custom product may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from damage, modification, or signs of misuse
- Returned with all included parts and original packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it is delivered. Contact us as soon as possible if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Reporting visible delivery damage within 48 hours and providing photographs or video will help us investigate the issue. This requested reporting period does not reduce any rights available under applicable law.
When the issue is confirmed, Printies 3D may, depending on the circumstances:
- Repair the product
- Replace the affected product or part
- Reproduce the order correctly
- Issue a partial or full refund
Where the issue is attributable to Printies 3D, we will cover reasonable return or replacement delivery costs.
Characteristics of 3D-Printed Products
Minor layer lines, surface texture, small finishing marks, and slight color or shade variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects when the product remains consistent with its listing or approved custom design.
Major cracks, missing parts, significant deformation, structural failure, or substantial differences from the confirmed order may qualify as defects.
Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled before fulfillment or dispatch begins.
Custom or personalized orders may only be cancelled before design work or production begins. Once design work, material preparation, or production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email printiess3d@gmail.com and provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for the request
- Clear photographs or videos where applicable
- Details of the requested resolution
Please wait for return instructions before sending any product. Products returned without prior approval may experience processing delays.
Return Shipping Costs
For an approved change-of-mind return of a standard non-custom product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable.
When the return results from a confirmed defect, damage, incorrect product, or error attributable to Printies 3D, we will cover reasonable return or replacement delivery costs.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will inform you whether the refund has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
