Shipping Policy
Printies 3D currently delivers throughout the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping Charges
- Standard UAE delivery: AED 25
- Free UAE delivery: Orders of AED 250 or more
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Production and Processing Time
Many Printies 3D products are produced or prepared after an order is placed.
Production time varies depending on the product, selected options, quantity, and level of customization. Any estimated production time shown on the product page or confirmed during a custom-order discussion is separate from courier delivery time.
For custom or personalized orders, production begins after all required details and any requested design approval have been received.
Delivery Time
After the order has been completed and dispatched, standard delivery within the UAE is normally estimated at:
3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Customers will receive an order confirmation using the email address provided at checkout.
Where tracking information is available, it will be sent after the order has been handed to the courier.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
- A complete and accurate delivery address
- A valid UAE phone number
- Any building, villa, apartment, or access information required for delivery
Printies 3D is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
Additional delivery charges may apply where an order must be redirected or delivered again because of incorrect customer information, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or failure to respond to the courier.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Estimated delivery dates for custom orders depend on:
- The complexity of the requested design
- Customer approval time
- Product dimensions and quantity
- Material availability
- Production requirements
The estimated delivery period begins only after the custom design and specifications are confirmed and production is completed.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If the package or product arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible at printiess3d@gmail.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video of the package and product
Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be handled according to our published Return and Refund Policy.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch.
We will contact the courier and assist with the investigation. Courier investigations may require additional time before a replacement or refund decision can be made.
International Shipping
Printies 3D currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only, unless an international delivery arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing before purchase.
